In March of 2011, Tim Spilker purchased Conover Concrete, the region’s premier architectural precaster, forming Spilker Precast. No stranger to the construction industry, Tim Spilker had been president of Spilker Masonry for over 30 years before leaving that company and forming Spilker Precast.

 

Conover Concrete has been in business for over 50 years and has a solid reputation for the highest quality of architectural precast products and excellent service. Well known by contractors, developers, architects, and Owners, Conover’s reputation for quality is unsurpassed.  We are fortunate that John Darrow, owner and operator of Conover Concrete, has remained on the team as a part time consultant and project manager.
